Dr. Thompson and his staff made my entire experience perfect. I did an extensive amount of research before choosing a surgery center. I was looking for a center that had ample experience with fat grafting to the breast. Even after my initial visit with Dr. Thompson, I continued to call with questions before setting a surgery date. The receptionist did an amazing job of answering my questions as well as having the facility director follow up with me. On the day of my surgery, my husband went with me and was allowed to ask questions prior to me being prepped for surgery. He said during the procedure they kept him informed of how things were going and what he could expect after the anesthetists wore off. I had a follow up visit 5 days post op. During this visit Dr. Thompson met with me and answered my many questions about recovery and things that I could expect in the days/weeks to come. After recovering for approximately one month I scheduled an appointment to have a "ultrasound treatment". I scheduled this appointment after Dr. Thompson recommended it to help with recover. This is a treatment offered at the center and was not an additional cost to me. I went for my 3 month postoperative appointment yesterday. Dr. Thompson again was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He took postoperative measurements and discussed my results with me. I would highly recommend Genesis Plastic Surgery Center.
