I really feel sorry for the elders who go there, I've sat next to them in the lobby, as well as the other "holding area" & listened to their complaints...they are diabetic & in need of lunch, or incontinent, or just plain tired and want to go home for a nap. I've heard them complain to staff, but obviously falls on deaf ears, as McKnights still overbooks their patients.
There are not enough kind words to describe Mcknight eye center. They take there time to get to know you and offer top notch service. Thanks for all you do!
If you like to wait for hours just to see a doctor than this is the place to go..not again
I've changed my eye specialist/Dr, & am I ever glad I did!!
I'm glad I have a new eye Dr., my appt last week took approx 1 hour, start to finish...very professional staff & the Dr takes the time to explain things & answer any questions.
It has been my experience w McKnights that they overbook their patients, I've spent anywhere from 2-4 hours there for an exam, it was so frustrating!!
Best Doctors & front office staff in the business. Every visit is quick professional and fun!!
Highly recommend! Very impressed with the friendly experience that began with the receptionists and continued throughout my appointment. The support staff and my doctor took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand. Also, the surgery staff was very efficient and caring! Truly a family-type atmosphere.
