I give 5 stars to Dr. Boldry for the health care provides, however BEWARE that the billing process treats you like a deadbeat. After years with this physician practice having ALWAYS paid my bill on time, they have now instituted a policy requiring that a credit card be left on file. Refusing means you pay in advance. Not a problem, I paid in advance being told I would receive a refund for overpayment once insurance processes. Three months and three phone calls later I have to GO TO THE OFFICE to pick up my refund. They said it must have been lost in the mail and since stopping payment on their check would be more than the refund the office manager asked me what I wanted to be done. That they had done "nothing wrong". I informed her that they had indeed done "something wrong" - they had kept more money than they should have. That I wanted my money and I wanted it quick. She finally said she should have it at the front desk for me to pick up. Even tho I liked Dr. Boldry and have been going to him for years, I will now find another doctor.
I visited here to have my ingrown toenail removed and the staff was great. The waiting area was comfortable and offered free coffee and water. They also had the TV on whatever channel you asked. Everyone was friendly and the doctor was very informative and wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. I was comfortable and didn't have any pain
