Does not follow up - waiting for path reports and just left hanging for days. It is unknown what her hours are and the woman who answers phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr Alderman is not warm and fuzzy either ... And seeming unconcerned if a patient has to wait an unnecessary amount of time worrying if they are in grave danger.
Just called to ask for a referral to get a diagnostic mammogram and the lady, who sounded like an older lady, was very rude, and said she would would tell Dr. Alderman and then didn't even say goodbye and just hung up.
Dr. Alderman is one of the most outstanding Doctors I know. She listens to you and explains things when you have a question. I couldn't ask for a better person to care for me.
Dr. Alderman is a caring doctor who takes time to listen and even called personally to follow up as needed. She delivered my daughter 21 years ago & has been my doctor ever since! I would highly recommend her!
