Guy initially tried to weasel out of warranting my tire for road hazard. It took some convincing to get him there first time I have ever had that experience at a discount tire. Other than that everything went well. Not a comment about the company in general but you may have to watch out at this branch.
Every time I've come to this store, there is no quality service. Sitting and waiting for several hours just to get a nail fixed and observing how the employees act is like watching screaming children run around the playground. I understand they can be busy but when you schedule an appointment and show up only to wait several hours before your vehicle is even looked at is pathetic. They're all in such a hurry to turn and burn that quality goes out the door. It's simply about quantity here. I went in with an issue with a wheel and asked to have someone come take a look at it in the parking lot. After being pawned off between several different employees, finally one came out with me too my vehicle but not without audibly throwing a fit about it. I was told there wasn't anything they could do about it but he would call and talk too, I believe the dealer of those wheels and give me a call the next day letting me know what they said. Well guess what. That never happened. Severely disappointed in this store. Most likely will never come back..
Really like this store. If you don't need new tires they tell you up front. Love the honesty
I have been a customer of Discount Tire for many years at multiple stores in several states. I have received excellent service and reasonable prices. I recommend this company.
Very Helpful . . . I usually make an appt and have no problems. I had an emergency with two flat tires and with the holidays and being super busy, it was only needing repair and not replacement! They do free air and as a person with kids in the car, this is easy and don't have to worry about a machine being down.
