If I could give this place negative stars I would. I've never written a negative review for any establishment and this is the first time I felt it was necessary. These people treated me like I was a complete idiot. All I did was ask them to change my brake pads; and the next day my car is leaking an absurd amount of brake fluid. When i called up there and asked them if they could do anything about it; as I was concerned for my safety; I was told they wouldn't be able to fix what they had obviously messed up for 2 days. This is a problem when I work to jobs and depend on my car to get to work. When I finally got to get my car fixed they told me that either I (or someone else) must have tampered with my vehicle after they worked on it and that it wasn't their fault the man asked me (and i quote) "do you watch your car 24/7? You don't know that someone didn't mess with it". Even though i just so happened to be having problems with the exact thing on the car they were paid to fix. I'd rather walk than have these people fix my car ever again.
Took on a project that few could diagnose. They researched and fixed the issue at a very fair price!
DO NOT TAKE YOIR CAR HERE! They lied and the next car shop I took it too said they intentionally broke the seal even though they said they fixed it just so I would have to come back and spend a lot more money! Luckily I didn't believe them and took my car to real honest mechanics that don't want to screw people over!!!!
Started going to D&S since 1980. Great people and service. Will not take my card any where else.
Cannot say enough kind words about everyone at D & S Automotive. I can always ask questions ( no matter how silly they are), I am always updated on our cars service, and our cars are always taken care of on time. The most amazing is how affordable service is and how polite and kind everyone at the shop is. Thanks D&S...I appreciate all of you.
