My family and I used to go here all the time whenever we had car trouble until recently. They used to do really good work for a really good price, and we never had any problems with them trying to pull a fast one or anything, but last month I found out that apparently that's all changed. My truck needed a new fuel pump, and I took it in. Things went fine until I went to get my car back. I expected to drive out of the shop, but was greeted by a truck that still didn't drive, and the mechanic, Leif, insisted that the issue tracked back to a malfunctioning Engine Control Module. He told us it would cost us $900 to replace. We independently investigated his claim and found it to be a complete lie. The part was just a hair over $100 with the core exchange rebate, and it could be programmed at Ford for ~$200 for a total cost of replacement of about $300-$350... less than a third of the cost we were quoted by Leif. Then, as we started working on the truck ourselves, we were able to figure out a few things. First, the Engine Control Module was completely fine. It didn't need to be replaced. Second, the battery was shot and was the main issue, and a replacement battery was only $50. And finally, we discovered that Leif had been pulling a mechanic's trick on us the whole time trying to get more money out of us, despite knowing that we had recently fallen on hard times. He had closed the valve on the fuel line running from the fuel pump to the carburetor, thus preventing it from starting and driving. He more or less wanted us to fork out $900+ so he would open a valve on the fuel line, and that was not including the $250 we had to pay to get him to replace the fuel pump and investigate the "electrical issue" that he fabricated to overcharge us for labor. I will NEVER take my car here again, and I strongly caution anyone who does to think twice.

Their good business!

Great staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I've been to other "Big Vendors" and these guys always come in cheaper. I've even had them tell me what needed fixed and what could be held off for a bit. It's nice to find a group of guys who don't try to sell everything under the sun, but honestly evaluate and suggest proper vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Came to have some ignition work done on my Jeep. Work was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a front end vibration I was trying to figure out on my own. He offered to look and see if he could help me diagnose it. Sure enough he found the issue. Ended up saving me a pretty penny as I was just going to keep buying and installing parts until it went away. Highly recommended!

Terrific service. I got my car in and out in the same day. The technician almost immediately found the problem with my car and also provided excellent follow up information upon pick-up. I would recommend this place for any electrical issues. They also were very accommodating on scheduling an appointment.
