The help was a little slow mentally and physically LOL but all in all the food was great as usual
Drive thru was very slow. When I got to the window my food was thrown at me first by a young African American woman. Then she threw our drinks at us and I said thanks and drove off to eat at home. When I got home I realized I didn't receive my shake. I couldn't take the angry attitude and no words spoken by her so maybe I drove off too quick but it wasn't my fault for the way she was acting. Very unprofessional and rude service! My daughters kids meal was wrong and she didn't receive all she should have. So sad and makes me never want to go back!
Extremely slow at ringing people up. Food came out fast and warm. Cashier was very polite just exceedingly slow. And the restaurant temperature must have been set at 62 degrees. We ended up eating outside it was so cold.
Horrible. The restaurant was freezing cold. The service took forever. One couple asked for a refund because they had been waiting so long. When we got our order, half of it wasn't there and my husband had to keep going back up to remind them of items they had missed. The drink machine only had diet drinks available. My husband wanted more pop before we left, but since he would have to get waited on to get it behind the counter we skipped it because it wasn't worth another 30 minutes. All the while, there were maybe 10 customers in the store. They were not slammed. We couldn't throw our trash away because the trash was already overflowing. WHAT a horrible experience. We wanted frosty's but we stopped at a different Wendy's on the way home due do the horrible experience at this one. I have no idea of how they stay open.
There are definitely better Wendy's to go too. One of the managers is a bit of a dick and seems to be easily flustered. We go a whole bunch of extra stuff we didn't order (bonus) but he kept forgetting the stuff we actually wanted because it was closing time and he wanted to go home more than take care of customers.
