A good place for the kids and it's cheap. Can't really recommend the food but you get what you pay for!
Staff very amiable towards customers, wait was long at the register, not so long in the food line. Place was packed and seating cramped. Really good comfort food overall.
Good for the money. Staff needs to clean area after each rush of people. A lot of tavles dirty and no enough seating.
I went to Cicis with a bus full of people. We where able to get every one in and everyone got food and drinks. We we all really enjoyed it.
Its a great cheap place for a family on a budget! I love the noodle soup. And kids love the arcade after food.
