My sandwich was great, but the service left much to be desired. While the rather long line moved reasonably quickly, once I ordered it took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. There were no mistakes in preparing the order or anything else to explain the delay, it just took forever. As I was not the only person with such a wait, and given that the restaurant was busy, I did not overtly complain or ask for a refund/compensation. It would have been nice, however, if some kind of remedy had been offered.
This store has been popular since the first day it opened here. The name and quality of service is well-known from stores in other areas around the state, and this store serves that great reputation well. The staff is well trained, knowledgeable, and courteous. The menu is streamlined, but is also highly customizable for individual tastes. And the food is always delivered to your table quickly and correctly as ordered. The atmosphere is fantastic, plus the seating offers ample power outlets for use during business lunches or for studying.
I have been in twice since they opened. Both visits we're very quick for takeout. You order from a big menu and select dine in or carry out. In my case both times I had the New Yorker, which is 11 ounces of corned beef and pastrami on rye bread. All I can say is yum, so very good. Give this deli a try
The only negative is that moms need to be aware there is only one stall in the ladies' room and one in the men's. Wish they could re- sign those to allow ladies to use either one.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this store and plan to visit often, even though I have to fight liberty traffic to get here!!!
I loved this restaurant. The food is very fresh and good. There is so much to choose from. I got a grilled chicken salad. It was very good. I will definitely go back to try the sandwiches
This was a fabulous dining experience!!!! We showed up in the middle of their three- hour free meal window the day before the real opening. We found loads of friendly employees on hand. We had not one single experience of a harried or impatient employee. The managers were active and involved. The food lived up to the McAlister name.
