ME and my wife and 4 kids came to liberty Mo Jan 31 we drove 2 hours from here cause my mom was sent to the hospital and since it was so late we thought we would get a room for the night we book It through booking. Com witch was very helpful but the clerk at the office so not let us have a room he said we have to marry people he wouldn't even tell where we could get one we had to drive around for 3 hours to get one so the hotel looks nice but the night clerk is a jerk

I've spent one night in jail in my life and I'd say the beds are for the same comparison, they wouldn't even give me an extra blanket until I got pissed and he was somewhat nice and finally have me an extra blanket, they don't come in and tidy up ur give you clean towels you have to take your dirty linens and or towels down to get clean towels and stuff, not even a coffee pot in the room or anywhere not even a paper cup to drink out of, no ice, just a had ass double or full size bed with a sheet and a very thin blanket, 2 towels, 2 wash clothes and a bath mat. We froze the 1st night there wouldn't haven't stayed the 2nd night but it was already paid for F*** online booking. Even the vending machines didn't work. But it was clean that is the only good thing I have to say.
It would have been nice if housekeeping woukd have come in at least one time to bring fresh towels. I was there for 6 nights and not once was my room done. Room 211 smokes so much weed you can smell it down the hallway and it gets really strong at room 211. Take care of those issues and I promise my rating will increase. I travel into Missouri quite often and hope this is fixed before my next visit. I believe in giving everyone a second chance. Happy Holidays to everyone who reads this.
Great location, close to 1-35, close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping area. Nice hotel with full size refrigerator, microwave in room. Great place for someone that is from out of town to stay at if they need a place temporarily.
If you have kids you can't stay there especially when it's 6 degree outside he could of try to US get a room
