Bart at front desk is amazing, always greeted with a smile. Very clean and accommodating to any amenities I always seem to forget! Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Staff is wonderful, fabulous hot or cold items full breakfast, clean rooms. A must stay if passing through! Again many thanks to Bart at front desk!
This hotel was very clean and modern. Unfortunately we had a king size bed that had the support frame out of place, so it was like sleeping in a sinkhole. We did not discover until we were already "in" for the night. So we slept poorly. The next morning we were assisted by a lovely housekeeping staff member named Isabelle in getting the attention of the assistant manager Steve Schneider, who quickly remedied the situation! He was very attentive and despite the poor sleep, we will come back to this hotel which is located in safe part of the city and has great amenities along with a very professional and friendly staff. I would have given a negative rating without the intervention of Mr Schneider and Ms. Isabella, but their efforts to assist us bumped them up to an excellant!!
Great place to take the family. We love the water park great for the kids. The staff is super friendly and willing to help when ever. The breakfast was not bad for free was able to get in just before work. this place amazing would definitely recommend to a friend.
Enjoyed our stay very much! My husband and I took our 4 yo and 1 yo boys to Kansas City for a family vacation. We stayed here and were about 20 min from everything and the boys loved the waterpark in our down time! The room was spacious and nice. The lobby and breakfast area were super nice as well. The deluxe hot breakfast was a nice spread that tasted delicious. We all ate very well our entire stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The view is also pretty and the keep it landscaped pretty. Overall we are very pleased with everything!
Room was nice, suprised to see both microwave and fridge in room. Everything seemed clean. We were wanting to take advantage of the pool and hot tub except they were constantly swarming with children the entire time the pool was open. Not surprised as didn't realize it was labeled as a water park prior to booking. That area did look nice. Breakfast they offered was decent like, they had a little bit available for everyone. Location was in decent area for us because we were going to worlds of fun and shopping which was not to far from either. I did have some issues with vending machine, but I don't think that is the hotels fault. All in all I would stay again, if I was in that area again
