First of all, I cannot believe that someone could give a 1 star rating, based solely on a miscommunication with insurance and accounting....and that person wasn't even the patient. Very unfortunate.
This facility is top notch - warm, comfortable, and nurturing from the moment you walk in the door. Having a mammogram is never a "fun" time, but these women are so gentle and caring, that it truly is a breeze. I can't recommend it enough...and walk-in appointments too - very convenient. A beautiful, soothing environment, with caring professional women, start to finish. Great experience!
Do NOT recommend. My insurance covers regular mammograms at 100%. Liberty Hospital said we could upgrade to a 3D mammogram for $50. We paid the hospital $50 and 3 months later get a bill from Alliance Radiology for an additional $50. This imaging center has a partnership with Alliance, sends everything to them for reading, and knows there is an additional charge you will receive yet still tells you it is only $50. I spoke to patient accounting at the hospital and they verified that they know there will be an additional charge, but don't mention it.
