Our child decided to persue another sport after being enrolled with FastKick for approximately 11 months. We gave our written, signed and dated 60 day notice as required on January 31st. Tuition for February and March was drafted per our agreement to continue to pay for our remaining 60 days. On April 3rd FastKick debited our account for another months tuition. We were denied a refund because February was a short month so our notice ended up being 59 days instead of 60. FastKick has not been responsive or helpful at all in this situation. TaeKwonDo is an expensive sport and FastKick doesn't think twice about stealing your money. Tuition is $99/month plus $50+ every 3 months for belt testing. Want to break boards? That will be an additional cost per board. Christmas/Valentine's/Halloween party? $20 per child. The additional costs were endless and then when we leave, we continue to be charged. A simple apology and refund could have resolved the issue. There are several other martial arts places in town with instructors that actually practice the integrity they preach so please don't choose this one.
Our family enjoyed our journey in martial arts with the Doering's. Many great life lessons learned! Highly recommend!
Fastkick was where I spent a majority of my nights as a teenager. The Doering’s helped me grow as a person into a fine young adult. They are supportive and worked with me on a personal level. I could always tell that they cared about my well-being and left nothing but a positive imprint on my life.
