I have been in 3 times for livestock feed and everytime I ask for carry out, no-one seems to know what is going on or what their products are. Checking out process is super slow and the employees have no sense of urgency. I will be taking my business somewhere else even though they are the closest location to get feed.
Was looking for a specific gas powered compressor locally and found what I was looking for. The manager and the guy at the service counter were very helpful in answering specific questions on the compressor. Great service and it was the best price I could find even when comparing online.
We have been in on many different occasions for multiple things. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. I do hope customers below has contacted management. That is what makes the difference, management listening, resolution and education for staff.
I was at the blue springs stores month or so ago? and I couldn’t believe the way the managers were talking to each other or other employees! I was getting winter overalls for my father and I could hear all of it coming from the office they had up there. I don’t want to shop in a store where managers talk to their people that way. I did see a blonde woman come down the stairs and I asked an employee who it was and they say the owner! Will not support a store that the owner allows and talks that kind of talk. That’s verbal abuse and I will not support all 3 Feldmans!
