I always shop here. They have good prices, great products, and friendly people.
What is going on with the smell?! It's terrible. You walk in the door and you're hit with the overwhelming odor of urine. Initially, I attributed the smell to an older gentleman who was sitting on the bench by the entry, who had sadly but obviously soiled himself. As I continued through the store, I quickly realized that was not the case. I was in the store two separate weekends, and the smell was there both times. What is it, and does it affect the products in any way? I don't think I want to find out, so I'll drive a bit further from now on to avoid it.
Good grief, it smells in there. I asked why it smelled so bad, and wasn't given much of an answer. My daughter took about 5 steps into the store and left, said you couldn't pay her enough to work in that stink daily.
The store smells of urine at the entrance and poop in the isles. It has been that way for awhile so it must be in the walls and floors and they can't get rid of it. They need all new walls and carpeting in the entrance and maybe whole store. I was at the atm the other day for several minutes and I started to feel sick and nauseous from the smell. Wish I didn't have to shop there but my clients like it. Also, no quarters at the customer service desk! They have some nice cashiers but rude management.
My wife was talked to very hatefully at the deli counter. At check out the lady said to call and complain about the deli. She said several people had said she was rude. So my wife called and talked to Tracy who hung up the phone. We have always shopped at Cosentino's but there is a problem at that store now.
