The in store people were great. The after hours pick up ruined our plans and was over all a bad experence.

Super friendly staff . Check in was quick and easy. They did overcharge me, but immediately made it right when the error was discovered. My only complaint is that I had to drive several miles to pick up because the Excelsior Springs pick up was closed on Saturday. Most people move on Saturday! So I had to pay mileage per mile just to pickup when I was moving less than 2 miles apart. I think there should be some consideration by Uhaul that if the closest location is unable to provide services, the pick up and drop off miles should be comped or at least discounted. But this location was very clean and professional. No complaints, and I understand they don't set the mileage rule.
The online check out they are trying to do is unorganized and didn't work properly at all! Needs major work on new procedures! Is trying to charge $900 to my account more because of error!!
