The owner John is fantastic he helped me with my a.c. being out on my jeep grand Cherokee. He ended up even staying an hour after close just to make sure it was working properly and I had all the correct parts to prevent the leak again. A wonderful guy who has his heart in the right place. Great tow service!! My transmission went out and I had to pull to the side of the highway outside of Liberty. I had my son with me. Called them and got a 45min estimated arrival time. Andy was there in less than 10 minutes. He was great. Got the van loaded up quickly and safely. I got my son and his car seat situated and we got on the road, not two minutes later my son threw up unexpectedly all over himself. Andy was so nice about it, pulled over and even gave me a bunch of napkins to help clean him up. He was understanding, polite and talkative the entire way back home. Unloaded the van and gave us the receipt. If I could give ten stars I would. The lady on the phone was police and courteous. Andy was fabulous. Great service!! Will call them again for any of our needs. Thank you!

Hi! My car died at a stop sign in holiday traffic. The guy got there within 25 minutes, whipped in like a pro, and put it on the flatbed. He had blue eyes and a beard. The nicest young good ol' boy ever. Dicussed the cars issues and narrowed down the resolution. Wished me a Merry Christmas and smiled. That's amazing service! Call them.
