would give negative stars to them they have horrible customer service and it took months for mark kelly to get back in touch with me once my case was started will never suggest going to these guys huge waste of time and hard earned money
I'm an older woman sitting in 100 degree weather after having broke down in my truck. I was able to make it to a almost empty lot of Kelly and Pittman atty in liberty mo. Where the lawyer Easter no time in coming out to let me know the space was reserved for paying customers. I explained that I was unable to move but would be calling for assistance. The lot is empty except for me but it still made him obviously irate. I feel like as a human being, a gentleman business man he could have at least shown some understanding, perhaps offering me a drink of water or some pretense of an offer of assistance. His parking lot he has reserved for his clients will likely continue to be as empty as it has been for the hour I've had to sit here and wait. So rude.

Very poor.get a letter from them,and that's the communication. Don't return calls or really have anything to say.don't seem big on trying to fight for the client.would definitely not recommend...
Had an appointment down the street on a friday afternoon and there is construction everywhere. Parking lot is completely empty and before we took more than 2 steps from the car some snotty lady comes running out and says no parking. I can understand if it was during the week or something, but were they really going to have 20 clients on a friday afternoon? Could have at least been nice about it instead of being snotty and rude. Will NEVER use this law office and suggest that for anyone to not give them your money or time.
