This location is fairly busy with long lines at times. They do a good job of keeping up but you should expect a little wait time in the mornings.
The staff makes the drinks just fine, I've had hit n miss service... sometimes not the friendliest vs other stores.
Love their coffee! It is a bit on the pricey side but they have specials every once in awhile. Just tried their Zombie Frappuccino a few weeks back and it was probably the best one I have tried yet.
Coffee seems stronger (which is better) than when you buy at target or grocery store starbucks. Seems the small setups in stores are dilluting the javachip ... but here at the actual starbucks...... it's great each time.
This store has gone down hill. Six months ago I woukd given a 5 star review. Mobile ordering is down half the time at this location. I order my drink with non fat milk and 3 out of 5 times, it doesn't get made that way. This is always at the drive thru. If I go in to order it's usually good.
