This pet store really fills the need for us. It has reasonable vaccinations for your dog. A really usable frequent customer program. The store is well stocked and has great customer service.
Pricey but the animal trainers are great anf do a wonderful job.
I love this place so much. I was afraid they weren't going to put one in nearby since there's already a petsmart. Love it here, groomers awesome. (admittedly, slow) Staffs awesome. Products are awesome and average priced. Animals are cared for above standards for a pet store....they don't carry my dog food (idk which one of us crazies picked that brand)..... But, I perfeer chewy for that anyway.
I took my dog in their to get a a new collar and while I was walking through the store a LARGE German Shepherd burst through the plastic gate where they train dogs and attacked my dog who is much smaller. You need to get a better closed in gated area for training especially if the dogs are going to behave aggressively. I will no longer return to this place because no workers even took over. I had to grab the German Shepherd (that’s not even my own dog) from attacking my dog! I am so unsatisfied with these unprofessional workers who are supposed to be good trainers but yet they keep the aggressive dog in a plastic container basically. You will be hearing from me
Do not go to this Petco. They do not stand behind their pets. My grandson purchased a lizard on Sat. His tail fell off Monday and they refused to exchange or give back his money. The salesclerk Kim argued with me and got the manager on the phone. She told her to return my money and then the sales clerk would only give store credit over $140.00 very poor customer service. beware before you shop there! I am filing complaint with BBB!
