Why did they cut trees around the two trout ponds and leve trees in the water,so you can get cought and break your line.perty smart.
Great place for fishing and walking. Nice flat surfaces for kids to bike on. Brand new play ground area.
My wife loves it but fish and game hasn't stocked cat fish in a long time,don't know why.
Keep the gates open during the times posted! There's more to this park than Pond Fish! Let the people enjoy it.

Seem that lately, on NICE weekends the gates are always closed EARLY! I like to let my kids play on the playground while I fly my RC stuff. Sign at the gate read "Gates Closed at 5PM (Winter hours). This last visit was on Saturday at around 2PM. I had my Dad, from out of town and daughters with me. They say you can walk in and park on the street. The park and Soccer fields, where I fly are all the way in the back. I have equipment to carry...so not gonna happen!
