Found out they dont want mobile homes with metal roofs here anymore and they are phasing them out. There are people living here who will be forced to purchase a newer home or leave.
Everyone is very nice and friendly. The manager is going to be great to work with should we decide to make this our new home.
My husband purchased 2 mobile homes here. He died in January 2017. While he was sick on chemo and radiation they came to to his door and had him sign papers. He had purchased this home for me. My name is on the contract as an owner. Was paid for in Dec 2016. When he passed I spoke to Karen and said I would be waiting for my benefits. He was a 100% disabled veteran. I too am disabled. I was getting ready to have back surgery. She said "Don't worry about things right now take care of yourself we will get something worked out". I had surgery and then found out they had filed an eviction notice on my dead husband and John and Jane Doe. They added almost 4000$ to the contract and claimed they were paying utillities. (They do not pay utillities here)
I cannot have the home moved without a title.
Lucy Terry told me I could not live here again because I could not pass a background check. She also told me that the Liberty Police said this home was an "active meth lab". She said my husband didn't want me here and she was going to "Honor his wishes".
I have had and extensive title search done and this mobile home does not exsist in the state system. She told me "I have a new title right here and your name is not on it".
Do not move in here. Many more things I could share. One being the abuse and discrimination against my grandson that was bi racial.
Judge told me not to pay them anything until I heard from her. I was forced into a hearing without my attorney present. Still have not heard from the court.
These are crooked people that thrive on cheating people.
I am presently waiting for the Sheriff to come lock me out day after Memorial day.
This place is a joke, find out a murderer is living next to you so management hurries through a background check and says he is approved. Why check backgrounds if any type of trash can live here? They said they do extensive background checks and make sure only good standing people live here, at least that's what they told me before I moved in. VERY unhappy to find this out AFTER me and my 3 year old moved in next door to him. Management doesn't care about this park or the families living here. Not a good place for children!
I’ve lived here 15 years. It’s been a great place to raise my kids. We feel safe here, everyone is friendly, and it feels like home. Liberty Landing is the nicest park in the area. I love that they do background screening because I can feel safe knowing that all of the residents have are good people. Liberty Landing is managed by an understanding company that takes the residents’ concerns to heart.
The cooks and staff were very slow the last time I was in here
