I cannot recommend Jimmie Rucker and everyone at Remax 1st Choice enough! As first time home buyers, Jimmie walked my husband and I through every step of the process - addressing all of our questions. He is very knowledgable about various things to look for when looking at homes. When we would check out the aesthetics of a home, Jimmie would be looking for things that we were not even thinking of - he has knowledge of roof condition, landscape, electrical, maintenance issues, etc. Jimmie also worked with our crazy schedules and always found time to show us whatever we wanted to look at. So grateful to have found Jimmie at Remax 1st Choice.
UPDATE: It has been 9 months and Jimmie continues to consult with us and makes sure things are going well with our home. He invited us to his office for Thanksgiving and gave us a pie for the holidays. The customer service is outstanding. Again, I cannot recommend him enough!!

Purchased a home over $200k and haven't heard a word from my "1st Choice" remax agent since the day the remax checks were cut.......needless to say, we won't be using this agency EVER again, nor will the un-named agent be selling my home that is currently being rented and soon to be ready to be sold.....I have purchased 4 homes in my life and this is the FIRST agent/office that didn't even send a "thank you" card....maybe since the we didn't "officially" pay the realtor, it didn't matter to her. I guess, karma will catch up when we sell.....Call ANYONE BUT REMAX LIBERTY!!!!
Jim and Jimmie Rucker two of the best agents in the Northland. I used them to help me find my current house, and I will use them on every real-estate transaction from here on out. If you want someone that is gong to help you find the house of your dreams call them. If you want someone that is going to be honest, and work just as hard selling your house give them a call.
