Went to see the Liberty Christmas Light Show at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Liberty, Free Admission Several shows available with Live Music, and Fantastic Light Show like I have never seen in person, If you are in Liberty Stop by Its located right across from Dairy Queen on 291 and see this Spectacle and Celebration of Christmas. You WONT be Disappointed. Kudos to the Production Crew and Artists that performed... scheduled for Dec 1-3 & Dec 8-10 from 6 to 9 pm DONT miss this!!
Pleasant Valley Baptist Church has good, strong Biblical teaching from the pulpit and from the small groups aka community groups. They have a very good children's ministry. There are several services from which to chose, one on Sat early evening and two on Sunday morning. The worship services in the main sanctuary are primarily contemporary music. Those in the chapel are more traditional hymns. This is a large church so joining a small group is encouraged in order to feel more included with fellow church members.
The secret to making the most of your experience here is to get involved in a small group. That's how you connect to people here. If you just come and go to the main service you can pass in almost complete anonymity because it's so huge. But it's is a great church with great community involvement and LOTS of activities for kids.
Although this is not our home church, we have attended many times. They have a great youth program and the events they host for the community are awesome.
Have been attending Pleasant Valley Baptist for 11 years now. Kids will love going here, so many great opportunities to grow in faith. The church might seem large if you only attend worship service, but join a community group and will feel like you belong. We have made so many life long friends from this wonderful church.
