One word to describe my experience with Chad and Unique Painting is: IMPRESSED. Chad and his team provided exterior home painting for us. We were provided an estimate in April and received regular updates on when they were planning to paint. We were pleasantly surprised when his team painted earlier than expected! They also repaired a lot of wood rot -- we were impressed with their attention to detail. The job site was clean at the end of each day.
Chads crew was very nice, constantly cleaning up as they worked, even got a live show from a couple singing as they worked. The final job of fixing wood rot, painting eaves, foundation and the front of the house looks phenomenal!!
Chad and his team were fantastic! They took care of moving the furniture and moving it back, covering everything, and their quality of work was superb. Very professional team! We will be using them for all of our painting needs going forward and will continue to recommend them to all of our friends.

They came out early to replace boards and caulk all necessary areas. They were very thorough!

Can say enough about how impressed I was with Chad and Unique Painting. Chad made what seemed like a very big project to me, a simple and organized job for the professional he is. The communication during the entire process was great, he coordinated the power wash and caulking just prior to the big day, and Chad showed up with his crew on paint day ready to execute. The finished job looks great. Neighbors have complimented it, my wife loves it, and the quality of paint/materials used are sure to make it last. Thanks Chad!
When they started, the crew arrived on time and kept everything very clean. They even rolled with it when I made a mid-job trim color switch - no complaints!
