The burgers are good and you get more fries than any one person could possibly eat. The negatives are the wait time and cost. I have spent less on a gourmet buffalo meat burger... and five guys are not gourmet. Also, they are set up in a new-age, no wait staff cafeteria style format. But, you end up waiting at the end for up to fifteen minutes for your food. If they could find ways to cut costs to customers (i.e. smaller frie portions) and expedite the process, it could be a 5 star burger joint.
Love that everything is made fresh and toppings are included. Great burger, fries, and shakes. The ability to add bacon to your shake is also a game Changer. Trust me, chocolate oreo bacon shake is gold.
The patties are cooked to order and cooked well done. They also have hot dogs. So get you some fives guys ASAP! Enjoy the best burger in the world.
