Usually average. Staff is barely nice. This night I ordered a sandwich with no mayo and I get a sandwich with two slices of turkey, no provolone (which I had asked and payed extra for), some lettuce and heavy mayo. The mayo was so thick that all I could taste was mayo, not even bread or turkey. When I bit into a cookie, my bitemark was all white, my mouth filled with mayo. Very disappointed this night.
I like Jimmy John's food but, what kind of "delivery" can they claim to have when the won't deliver just over 2 miles away. I can order from a number of delivering food places further away and yet, they can't deliver to me? Awesome
We came here 2 weeks ago with a large order for work. The lady at the counter entered it quickly and efficiently, no problem. Today, they are doing nothing but complaining and it's taking twice as long - for a smaller order. I'm going to recommend we take our $200 sandwich order elsewhere next time.
I come here once or twice a week. The sandwich savvy workers are friendly and fast. The food is consistently good.
They delivery is only a mile radius. I’m all like, bro I’m literally less 10 minutes away and spoke to two different people there just to verify. Their answer: “Sorry sir we don’t deliver that far” LoL I couldn’t stop laughing they are such a joke to even have delivery then!
