I have been to other departments but this one is by far the fastest one! The employee's are supper nice, and super helpful! I wont go to any other SS Department in the Kansas/Missouri area.
Very slow and not really helpful. Didn't have anyone else in line and it still took the 45 minutes to get to me
everytime i have needed to contact someone in office or on the phone, they have been very kind and helpful. the detail and work involved in each case must be amazing, and they deal with people in stressful situations already. so from what i've seen, they do a very good job. i think the number posted changed to 1-855-373-4636.

They do their jobs, yes. But not everyone is a low life scum...so they should really get better mannerisms. Or get a job being prison guard's..
