Unbelievably long wait. Watched the entire lobby change out, watched no less than three people get waited on who checked in after us. When I made a comment the older lady said “we have to take the disabled first”, except...NONE of them were disabled. When they finally called us I spoke to the manager who could not give me one rational, logical answer that didn’t smell of BS. Realizing she had no defense she quickly walked away. The lady who did tend to us apologized, was very kind and legitimized our complaint. A line is a line is a line. A line number is a line number is a line number. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER or SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!

Waiting 45 mins on a drivers license and come to find out there camera is down. Always something here. Could it hurt you all to get some seats to set on? As I set here on the floor I'm watching an elderly couple taking a seat on the floor too because there s 're no seats available for them. Really sad. Going to report it to the Governors Office too. Since this review they called me and talked about the problems. They have now added 30 new chairs for people to set in. Thank you Liberty License Office. Change from 1 star to 3 stars now.

This place is a joke. They screw up on a title, so we get to spend 2+ hours of our only day off here to get it fixed what they messed up on. Not to mention it's a Saturday and only 2 people working. Don't you think Saturday would be the busiest day so you would have extra help? It state paid help so I guess they don't care about us who are paying their wages with our tax dollars. Very frustrating.

I would have been fine leaving and getting it and coming back, it was my fault for not having it. It was just the lack of professionalism there that made things go bad.

Checked in electronically threw their system, was told 41 minute wait time, go ahead and leave and come back if I want. So I go across the road to the Home Dept. 20 something minutes into my wait, I was told via text to come to the front... I quickly checked out, and went back, to be told they gave my spot away and I had to wait in line all over again.

Then she asked if I had my insurance card which I said yes. At that point she made another snide remark and I said forget and I will go to another location.

I handed her my paid tax papers and her response was "There are two cars on here, how am I supposed to know which car?" A simple which car are you renewing would have sufficed.

This could have been handled a lot better. A simple "Sir you need all documents before I could process this or just a little more respect and things would have gone a lot different.

I was first in line for the day and called up. I was polite and respectful to this older lady saying I needed to get a two year renewal and asking how her morning was going. She started with "Where is your registration paper? I apologized and said "I forgot that paper" thinking she might be able to look it up.
