I contacted Laurel with concerns I had about my agent. She allowed me to express those concerns and advised me how to change agents. I asked if she would be interested in becoming my agent and assisting me moving forward with the claim, she accepted. I received an email the following day from my current agent saying Laurel declined my policy transfer. Not sure why she lied to me but I would be weary of doing business with someone like that
