The staff was exceptional. If I have the need to seek urgent care, I would definitely return to this facility.
Unacceptable.
Arrived this morning with my 10 month old who had a horrible "barky" or croupy cough. Diagnosed with an ear infection, and prescribed cefdinir (an antibiotic that won't even TOUCH an ear infection). Cough progressively worsened through the day. Ended up at children's mercy this evening. New diagnosis of croup. No ear infection. Dr. Said her ears were crystal clear, actually. Also, the nurse at urgency room acted like she had never seen a patient this age before. Couldn't get the O2 sensor to read so, ended up giving up when the sensor read 83%. I spent 103 dollars to get a misdiagnosis. I'm less than impressed and will be reporting this to OIG and asking my insurance company to dispute your claim. I don't have the income to waste on horrible doctors, and businesses.
The receptionist ladies so were sweet! My provider Tina was so sweet and quick. I’m so happy I found you all online. Very nice business. Very sweet amazing workers. I didn’t have a long wait at all. I don’t really know what else to say except this urgent care place was good to me.
Was in and out of the clinic in 1.5 hours - on Christmas Eve. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly service from three different people. Made me feel good about seeing the doc, which I very rarely do.
Compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Each and every staff member was kind while being effective. This is the place I will depend upon when I can't handle things by myself.
