Super staff works efficiently so you get in and out promptly. Another prompt appointment and excellent care of the teens teeth! We appreciate your commitment and professionalism.
I've always had great experiences here with my other children. Today was my 4 year old's first visit. Everything was going great and the staff put him at ease - however, when I asked if we could change the cartoon station he was watching , I experienced some un-needed resistance. The hygienist reacted, then told me it was Disney, Mickey Mouse (..yes, I know what Disney and Mickey Mouse is...). I replied that there was a scary part (ghosts in the windows of a scary mansion and my son was turning his face away and hiding his eyes). She did change it for me but then proceeded to write about it on his report with a "?!?" at the end, implying something - I'm not sure what. I felt offended and very disappointed that I couldn't even ask for a simple channel change for the sake of my child without being made to feel ridiculous and then her writing about the situation on the report? Is this wrong to look after my child?? Previous times I've been to the office my other child was given the option - as soon as she sat down -to change the channel if she wanted to - so I was a little taken aback with the response I received. I don't like writing negative reviews - but it's disturbed me since it happened this morning, and then I was asked for feedback :)
We were very happy with the quality of care we received at Dentistry for Children today. All of the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly to both my 3.5 year old receiving care and my busy 15 mo I was trying to entertain during the visit. I'd highly recommend them to new patients.
My three year old son had an early appointment today and getting a toddler to cooperate with anything is hard enough, let alone waking him up to go straight to an appointment, so we were about 10 minutes late. The lady at the front desk says we'll have to reschedule or wait and see if the next person doesn't show up. They could've at least let him sit in the dentist chair, even just looked in his mouth, gave him a toothbrush, anything other than turning him away. My son has already had reservations with each visit we've made, as it is clearly a sensitive subject to young children. He cried the whole way home. I understand we were late but any company pertaining to children that has zero wiggle room is unacceptable. Life happens and we will not be returning to a place that does not understand that, or show any sort of compassion.
Great staff! My kids love the facility, the nurses, the Drs.; I love how the staff communicated w/me through the whole process . Everyone is so professional and kind, I am so appreciative.
