Brought my car in to get interior cleaned a few weeks ago, it is a two seat car. Not only was the job done poorly, dust on dash and window sprayed but not wiped down, but when I got home I noticed two cuts on the seat. I called, came back in and had a report filed that Friday. I was told i would get a call back with a resolution to the issue by Tuesday at the latest, I had to call them back Wednesday and was told to bring it in again too be looked at. Brought it back in and was told to wait until Tuesday again... I did wait until Friday, 3 days after I was told I would be contacted, (which I had to call again), at this point I was told that the damage done to the car was probably done while it was being cleaned (No ****) but they tried to blame it on the age of the car (1999), and told me they were not to be held responsible. Not only was it a fight to get them too do anything on their part, but they admitted that it probably happened during the service but because my car is older it is my fault. What a joke, 14 dollars turns into a 400 dollar head ache because of their incompetence.
Used to be good and get a good clean. Not so much anymore. Bug guts still all over windshield, and driers are bad so you are left with water spots and streaks.
I had 30 minutes of my lunch break left and this past weekend we hauled a Christmas tree in the back of my SUV so I wanted to get the interior cleaned since we had needles everywhere. I figured 30 minutes would be ample time to get it cleaned but wow was I wrong. I checked my receipt and I pulled in at 12:34. I did not leave until 1:10. And that was because I finally ran out of time and had to go back to work and told them don't bother finishing the job. I paid an extra $2 for the back cargo area to be vacuumed since we had pine needles in it but he never got around to it because I had to go back to work. That was a waste of money. I never imagined it would take longer than half an hour to vacuum and clean the windows. Definitely won't be going back again.
These guys and gals do great work! My basic wash didn't quite get all the bugs off and while I getting the inside cleaned, they noticed and offered to run me back through the wash for free. Very pleased!!
