Enterprise was very nice but especially a man named Jake. We had to rent a car because my son was in a car accident and his car was totaled. Thankfully he had only minor injuries. Jake was so understanding and very helpful. Thanks to all at Enterprise for everything.Especially Jake who made this experience much better with his kindness.
Car was ready and clean when promised. Jake S very helpful and answered all my questions. Very easy rental process. Wish they were open on Sundays.
Usually we get a nice car from enterprise but not this last time. The car was horrible. We always rent a intermediate and if thats what this car was I am surprised. It should be a compact rental. Next time we will leave and not rent a car if this happens again.
Everytime my husband or I try to schedule a pick up, they never show up. This last time, I scheduled a noon pick up when I booked my rental (3 days in advance). Knowing this is always an issue, I called at 9 am to confirm my noon pick up. At 12:10 pm I called again, asking where my pick up driver was. They had no idea i needed to be picked up. Finally, my driver arrived at 12:40 pm, putting me over an hour behind in my travels. I live 2 miles from Enterprise. The staff is great but this is a big issue they need to figure out. Needless to say, I'll be giving Hertz a shot.
The staff and manager at this Enterprise location are always very attentive to my needs and always check to see if there is anything they can do to make my experience better. I have always had a great experience with them. Keep up the good work guys :)
