I have a 12 yr old autistic son. He worked hard to save allowance to go shop at this location. Upon arriving back home I realized he was over charged because there were two prices on the item and he was charged the higher price (no big deal , right?) just take receipt back with the toy showing the price he paid and the price tag that was on the toy with the lower price. Well I was told no he couldn't get the dollar back he was overcharge because he took off the price tag showing the higher price. I immediately hit the roof. "Are you kidding me? Your going to treat a child with disabilities this way?" Well needless to say at that point I made my presence know in the entire store. One of the cashiers piped up and had the audacity to say to me if I didn't like it I didn't have to shop there... believe me this experience just made that happen. I want to give a shout out to one of the customers who offered to pay for my sons toy for him... Thank You to that generous lady. The way the staff at this store handled this was complete B.S. This was all because the store overcharged a kid $1.00 and didn't want to make it right. After the entire store could hear me, they gave my son his $1.00 back.
Always very friendly staff, the new location is also a lot nicer than the last. It would be nice if they didn't cram so much stuff in the store and make the isles so small, but they get lots and lots of donations so it's totally understandable.
They large variety in just about everything my favorite is the books 4 to 5 novels a month my friends get a lot good clothes in fact I was there today 5 books & a new cute purse
Love coming here to look through the men’s oversized sweaters and flannels. They have a good selection of books, movies, and records, and in the fall they have a ton of Halloween costumes and bits and pieces.
I find a lot of great stuff here! The store is clean and organized and I appreciate the rewards program.
