I always go to this bike shop if I have a problem with my bike. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices are good. Never been disappointed with Dave or Bob. I've bought several bikes from this place and will for sure be back for any thing I need for my bike :)
Fixed my bike for $25! I offered to pay more and they declined.
Honest and good service.
Safety risk. Doesn't check work. Paid $77 for 2 tubes and a reassembly of my headset. Had loose crank arms after requesting " please make the bike perfect I need the headset tightened down and for you to check for other problems I will pay for any extra labor, please make my bike safe." And when I went back to have them tightened it was worse than before after checking the problem 5 minutes after he said he fixed it. He uses power tools so good luck getting bolts off yourself. You're very likely to have axle/ bearings problems in the future. I've been riding for over 13 years and made the mistake of trusting a shop to do it and a loose bolt ended with me breaking my face. Tried to give it another shot 2 years later at a different place and was assured again Biscari bike doesn't care about quality.
I've been going to this bike shop ever since I was in school there's some of the best people that I know that work on bikes never had no problems they do some of the best work in KCMO that I have seen
