I had lunch there yesterday 12/15/17 with my mother in law and my two children (ages 2 and 1) the hostess was very friendly and very sweet to my kids. They weren't very busy considering we hit right before the lunch rush which was nice because we were seated immediately. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful very prompt service and very friendly. She always had a smile on her face and I loved that. My two year old loved that she played with him a couple times. I had the spinach artichoke dip with pita chips. The chips were wonderful and soft how they're supposed to be. The artichoke dip was delicious. It could have had a tad less lemon and not as toasted; but none the less it was a very pleasant over all experience. I have been there many times before and they excead my expectations every time. I will continue to be a regular customer and would definitely recommend them to any one who loves a good pizza shop. They have hot sandwiches and salads and soups the artichoke dip was just an appetizer. They're appetizers are big enough to be a meal on their own.
We went with part of our softball family. We had limited time to eat. They had a table set up for us got our orders quickly and food came out in a very timely manner! Sara was an exceptional server. I truly have not had this kind of exceptional service in such a long time! Will definitely come back!
I eat at Minsky’s in Liberty every week. Their gourmet pizza is made with fresh ingredients. Tastes sooo delicious!! The friendly staff keeps my tea on auto refill! The GM Tara is super nice and is zooming around the restaurant constantly! I love this place!!!
Super impressed with this Minsky's now! Friendly fast service and as always yummy food. The GM Tara has put a great crew together. Running smooth.
I am only giving this place one star because the service was pretty decent. We ordered three pizzas and 5 apps to go. We showed up at the correct pick up time, and we were told that our order wasn’t finished. We waited another 30 minutes while items slowly started to come out. We were super excited because we love the Minsky’s in Kansas City. When we finally got home the pizza was AWFUL!!!! Our food was cold, the cheese was hard, and we were STILL missing some of our order. My nephew even said that he couldn’t finish his pizza because his cheese was too hard. This was extremely disappointing. We don’t have a Minsky’s in Oklahoma, so we were all pretty excited about dinner. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else especially after spending $100! :(
