Bank of America has terrible customer service. Clearly they are only still in business thanks to government support. I was very happy to close my account there & move to a local bank.
I wish I could give zero Stars. I've been locked out of my account five times now. Two of the times I was out of state and needed funding. Nobody ever answers the phone. I've had plenty of other issues in the past with receiving cards and transferring money. Jose Porras convinced me to open a business account there after I expressed my concerns. I even gave him an example and tried calling the institution while I was sitting in his office to show him what I was talking about. He simply picked up the phone, hung it up, and laughed about it. I followed my business partners advice and we opened a business account there. I wish I never would have! Worst bank in the world! Don't go here!
Kevin and Lisa Shortino been very helpful all the time so are all tellers to help every time I go there it is a vary professional service top class.
Contrary to the other reviews, I have had nothing but excellent service from this branch. Kevin provides excellent customer service and works hard to fulfill my needs. Thank you to all the friendly tellers as well.
