It's almost become a family laugh. Still love Dunkin and doesn't keep us away, but I'd recommend checking your order before leaving.
I ordered a chocolate iced donut and a maple pecan iced coffee. Got neither some powdered donut and a horrible cinnamon tasting iced coffee. How hard is it to get two things right when that's what you're known for? coffee and donuts.
I'm a huge Dunkin fan, but I must say this particular Dunkin classically messes up orders. (Ask for bacon but you get sausage. Say no Jelly munchkins and get all Jelly, etc). Out of ten orders, I'd say six are correct.
Great reasonably priced coffee, yummy donuts and other options and great staff.
This owner is a joke, can't pay his bills or vendors has tons of bills in collections and rips people off that do work at his store. Then avoids them and doesn't answer store phones. Don't do work for dunkin donuts blue springs or independence or owner Sai Jitta!
Staff is nice but they never have many donuts or fresh donuts. Usually 5 types of crusty old donuts. Some donuts are great but most are average. The sandwiches are burnt and often forgot key ingredients like bacon (when I ordered it). This location is the worst I've been to. The food also takes forever to take, every time a sandwich takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes and almost never is correct or fresh.
