Disappointed to get a call today, April 8, that I needed to go and sign a paper to E-File. Person on the phone said I was told, but I wasn't, I would have signed it then!. I sent the IRS my payment long ago. Michelle was short, rude and had no people skills. Too bad my EXCELLENT past tax preparer recommended you. I won't be back and word of mouth goes a long way. My simple return costed $284. Ridiculous
Michelle and her staff have done our taxes for years and we have never had any real issues, even after my parents died and we had inheritance and investment things to deal with. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because our file has laid on someone's desk a couple of different times for a couple weeks and when I called to find out if our taxes were done, I learned it was on a desk of one of Michelle's associates and evidently had been overlooked. They apologized and that was that. They're human. Other than that, no complaints. Front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful, as is Michelle.

I was put in contact with Larson accounting through Dave Ramsey's ELP program. Before tax season we initially met with Michele for a consult. Michele seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Tax season came around and I called for an apportionment. This time we were scheduled to meet with Donna, who I was told over the phone handles Dave Ramsey ELP referrals. This was a big confusing because we previously met with Michele. When we arrived Donna was unavailable due to family emergency. We met with Jim who seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Taxes were completed promptly. We will probably use again however my 1 bit of advice would be for better communication. If the person you are scheduled to meet with is going to be late or cannot make it, it should be up to the client to reschedule or meet with someone else. This should be communicated BEFORE you arrive for your appointment.
